Casa WA rapresents a metropolitan nucleus, an urban industrial town in the heart of Tuscany.

The environments, pervaded by international atmosphere, are organized on two levels, thus identifying the living area on the first level and sleeping area at the second level.

The living area, characterized by a dark and comfortable floor, is largely bright thanks to the large perimeter windows and is charaterized by minimal but highly textured furnishings.

The space is marked by wall cuts that create curious plays of light and shadows thanks to the insertion of suggestive luminous streep. The central "monolith" used as a kitchen becomes the protagonist of the living area, thanks to the large sliding glass door that becomes another decorative element,

Particular attention is also paid to the bathrooms, espression of an aesthetic search for effect with minimal but strongly sculptural connotations.

The first, located on the day floor, plays on the contrast between a light coating, aperture of the washing zone and dark covering of the service area.

The full-wall mirror expands the space.

Access to the upper floor is allowed by the composing staircase also luminous and with a minimal design, thanks to the glass railing that gradually lightens the environment.

The large showcase of the study of the sleeping area overlooking the double volume of the stair block is scenographic, evocative and impactful.

Unlike the living, the night plan is characterized by a warm and comfortable natural oak parquet

authentis and elegant. Here to light becomes the protagonist, arriving at sculpting architecture.

Still in the sleeping area, two bathrooms constrast sharply:

the first, dark, modern and metropolitan;

the second, clear, warm and welcoming.
